Traveling Not Far or Wide

So today I am on the road headed to Hershey PA. I'll be working from there this week. I'll have a beautiful room chocolate themed at the Hershey lodge where chocolate can be smelt for miles and is given pretty freely. Chocolate really can make a difference. I did a little experiment once after returning from a trip to the lodge. I kept Hershey kisses in my pocket and gave them randomly to strangers at first people were hesitant to take the chocolate, then Id explain how I had just returned from a trip to Hershey PA and wanted to share with them the joy I felt, most accepted and their smiles were grand when they plopped that little kiss in their mouths. Thats when I decided to continue doing this even after my trip was far in the past. Do I always have Hershey kisses " NO" but this week I'll have quite a few. My shampoo and conditioner, soap and lotion in my room will be a special Hersheys chocolate scent too. The sheets will have Hershey kisses embordered throughout them. There will be Hershey drinks and meals and desserts galore. I can't wait to visit the Hershey gardens and the butterfly garden again in hopes something new is in bloom. My last trip was at Christmas time and the lodge was decorated beautifully; I think I'll miss that a bit. My husband is joining me on this trip! My teen was homeschooled and joined me the last trip. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn in such a beautiful space. I'm planning a wine tour in the evening at The Hershey Winery I am very excited for this event. I hope you all take the time to not only travel far, but near as well, so many things can lie just miles from your front door. As a woman who loves to travel, I highly recommend the Hershey lodge it's a beautiful space filled with chocolate in the air. The history is as rich as the dishes it serves, and I don't want you to miss out friend. It's a wonderful winter escape you won't need to leave the lodge from the indoor water park and arcade to fine dining and sports bar as well as gift shops all the amenities at the lodge are sure to keep you and the kids entertained for days. I recommend leaving or traveling to these places before or after your stay for sure. I would do the chocolate tasting and candy bar making experience at Hersheys chocolate world at least once with the kiddos, visit Hershey gardens and the Hershey Museum. If in season the Hershey Park. Tickets are included in the room charge for some of these (gardens and museum) Staying at the lodge is a personal favorite for me, I hope if you give it a try it's a favorite for you as well.
